We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.</p><p>As a business analysis manager on the North America Finance Team, you will play a critical role on the team that oversees planning and analysis for US Company-Operated Coffeehouses, the largest business unit at Starbucks. This team leads the annual, quarterly, and monthly end-to-end planning cycles, partnering with budget owners and supporting finance teams. This team is responsible for transforming financial data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions across Finance and Operations leadership. In addition, this team is also responsible for all planning and analysis for US Wages &amp; Benefits, Regional Overhead, and other Operating Expenses.  </p><p>You will partner closely with budget owners and cross-functional teams to identify key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that influence strategic decisions. This position requires strong leadership in managing complex processes, fostering collaboration, and ensuring financial rigor across the organization.</p><p><strong>As a business analysis manager, you will…</strong></p><p>•    Drive business insights: Develop and refine financial models, forecasts, and analyses that influence strategic and operational decisions.<br/>•    Provide insights and recommendations: Tell the story behind the numbers by translating complex financial data into clear, concise insights for leadership and other cross-functional partners.<br/>•    Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with leaders and teams across Finance and Operations to drive accountability, validate assumptions, and identify risks and opportunities.<br/>•    Own planning and forecasting: Play a key role in planning processes, ensuring alignment across teams and delivering clear and accurate forecasts. <br/>•    Identify improvement opportunities: Continuously improve planning and reporting processes through automation, standardization, and best practices. <br/>•    Work on a fun, high-performing team while driving improvements in the business.</p><p><strong>Basic qualifications for this role are:</strong><br/>•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA/CFA) preferred.<br/>•    5+ years of progressive experience in FP&amp;A, corporate finance, or business analysis.<br/>•    Advanced skills in Excel, familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle), and an interest in learning to utilize new tools to optimize processes (Co-Pilot).<br/>•    Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and operational metrics.<br/>•    Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.<br/>•    Excellent business partnering and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and present complex financial insights clearly.<br/>•    Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while partnering across teams.</p><p> </p><p><strong>We’d love to hear from people with:</strong><br/>•    Progressive experience in complex financial analysis, modeling, budgeting and business planning - 7 years<br/>•    Support and influence decision making, through month-end, forecast, annual budget, and strategic planning processes – 7 years<br/>•    Making recommendations to and influence decision makers – 5 years<br/>•    Contributing to and leading cross-functional teams - 5 years<br/>•    Project management experience – 5 years</p><p> </p> <p>As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits.
