About the role
Chime Enterprise is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Channel Partner Manager to join our team. The Channel Partner Manager at Chime Enterprise is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing sales strategies through partners to achieve business growth targets. This role involves working closely to identify and manage key partners to drive sales performance, expand market reach, and increase revenue.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $157,000 and up to $185,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role, you can expect to
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
- Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners, including technology providers, brokers, and consultants.
- Monitor partner performance, providing training, enablement, and support to ensure shared success.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to equip partners with sales tools, resources, and go-to-market programs.
- Lead co-marketing initiatives such as campaigns, collateral, events, and case studies to boost partner engagement.
- Track and analyze channel performance data to identify trends, close gaps, and report insights to leadership.
- Negotiate partner agreements while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive new partner acquisition and market penetration strategies to expand Chime’s presence across segments.
- Partner with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies and share partner feedback for continuous improvement.
To thrive in this role, you have
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, sales strategy, corporate partnerships, or a related field.
- Ability to be measured and achieve sales pipeline targets and conversion rates within channel partners.
- Critical thinker with strong writing, communication, presentation development, and delivery skills.
- A proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally and forging strong relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization - both internally and externally.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Prior experience working in a B2B Marketing role at a SaaS, HCM company, or Financial Institution.
