Job Description

The Investor Services team is responsible for the end‑to‑end servicing of fund investors, covering onboarding, dealing, cash flows, record‑keeping, reporting, and client interaction. The function sits at the intersection of operations, client service, AML/KYC, and fund administration.

Our 12-week paid summer internship program is one of the ways we help early talent thrive at Elavon U.S. Bank. Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be involved with daily cash reconciliations

• Daily processing of investor subscription and redemption requests

• Engaging with investors to answers queries and enquiries

• Processing of incoming and outgoing investor payments

Basic qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (in Finance or similar a Business Related Field) with a target completion date of May 2027/2028

• Understanding Interest in financial markets and banking industry

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to start summer internship on 2 Jun 2026

• Attention to detail 

• 1 year or less industry experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong in Excel and PowerPoint

Location

• City Quay. The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.  

Contract Type:

• 12 week Fixed term Contract
