About the role
Our partner in Denver, CO, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the Go to Market team. The role involves executing campaign, content, and event strategies across industry and service line verticals, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to launch various experiential, content, and digital tactics.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with team members, creative studio, channel owners, internal stakeholders, and other firm groups to execute assigned programs.
- Coordinate and facilitate task execution using marketing technologies and project management tools.
- Plan and implement assigned events and sponsorship projects, maintaining relationships with external partners and associations.
- Create and edit content for marketing campaigns, including writing and editing promotional copy and selecting images.
- Support the implementation of multi-channel campaigns, tracking success and making recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate the distribution of digital communications, including setting up campaigns and marketing lists in CRM and Marketo.
- Maintain expert knowledge in CRM and train practice staff in system use.
- Support data analysis and reporting around campaigns, webinars, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Traffic workflows for marketing collateral and communications, overseeing edits, changes, and approvals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of marketing experience, including internships and/or volunteer positions during education.
- Working knowledge of common software applications and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, ON24 platforms, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation software is a plus.
- Limited travel required.
