MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Counterintelligence Cyber Threat Technical Lead to join our team in Springfield, VA or St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Generate timely and actionable intelligence reports on technical counterintelligence (CI) and cyber threats . This includes producing 36 weekly status reports, 8 monthly threat reports, and 3 quarterly threat reports, incorporating threat data from Technical CI team, network security personnel, and fused all-source intelligence, including imagery, to inform security decisions.

• Contribute to the annual CI Cyber Branch Threat Assessment by providing comprehensive input derived from weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs), and raw and finished IC intelligence, presenting analytic judgments, identifying intelligence gaps, and outlining overall technical threats.

• Produce a minimum of nine high-quality Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) annually based on data from the Technical CI team, cybersecurity personnel, or partner agencies. This involves coordinating with stakeholders for accuracy, cross-referencing information with IC reporting, clearly conveying threats, responding to IC priority collection requirements, and ensuring timeliness.

• Conduct inquiries into anomalous activity utilizing automated investigative tools such as M3, Palantir, TAC, ARCSIGHT, RSA Security Analytics, CCD, QLIX, TIDE, or Criss Cross.

• Provide expert Technical CI advice and support for inquiries, operations, and issues, acting as a liaison between the CI Office, Insider Threat, Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC), and IC/DoD partners to ensure effective execution of the CI Cyber Mission.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years Threat Analysis experience, of which at least 5+ of those years include Technical Threat Analysis experience or cyber investigations.

• Possess or obtain certification to comply with DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance (IA) requirements within one calendar year of assignment. Shall possess or obtain and maintain IA II certification.
