About the role
Who we are…We are Payactiv, a FinTech company in the heart of Silicon Valley, devoted to giving workers access to their earned wages when they need them. Payactiv is the pioneer and industry leader in Earned Wage Access. We are the only Certified B Corporation and Public Benefit Corporation in our industry. Our app provides millions with financial services that help them avoid debt, manage their finances, and regain flexibility to pay for things on their own schedule.
Payactiv is seeking a Growth Analytics Manager, based in our corporate office in Milpitas CA.
Your purpose:
As the Growth Analyst, your primary goal will be spearheading our customer lifecycle retention efforts by working to deliver the right people the right message at the right time. This is a technical, data-driven, and hands-on role where you will own client campaign performance and experimentation as well as the execution of omnichannel B2B campaigns. Hands-on experience with CRMs in both B2B and B2C (Salesforce, Pendo, HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, MoEngage) is required.
You will lead Payactiv’s efforts in engaging and retaining customers by orchestrating a world-class customer engagement and journey mapping experience. Specifically, you will drive a hyper-personalized omni-channel strategy to onboard, retain, engage, and delight our users. These channels include but are not limited to email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app modals. By focusing entirely on customer experience and by documenting and sharing your learnings, you will become a driver of positive change and user insights across three teams: customer success, marketing, and product.
What you will do...
First, you’ll hypothesize:
You will enhance Payactiv’s hypothesis-testing framework to learn and optimize the customer experience from end-to-end. In practice, you will help define and refine to execute a series of complex, targeted customer journeys to attract, retain and engage our user base. These journeys will consist of campaigns (promotions, seasonal offers, event-based offers) and ad-hoc efforts aimed at customer activation and retention. You will also be responsible for developing behavioral “nudges” to drive adoption and conversion.
Next, you’ll analyze:
Streamline data operations and work with our data team to gather insights from experiments quickly with a focus on maximizing learning from experimentation.
Then you’ll optimize:
After analyzing data from each experiment, you will optimize by introducing new experiments and incentives (both monetary and otherwise) leading to incremental ROI and better results.
Finally, you’ll evangelize:
The results of your experiments will feed and enrich several teams. You will help drive value across the product and marketing organizations to improve our understanding of our customers as well as help realize our customer growth targets.
