Wage: $73,100 annually

Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for providing career technical training instruction to students in accordance with approved curricula.  Provide students with basic direction, in compliance with government and management directives. Providing certified nursing assistant (CNA) training instruction to students in accordance with approved Nevada State Board of Nursing curricula. Along with providing Students with basic direction and maintaining clinical site relationships. 

Essential functions: 

• Provide students with direction, instruction, and assistance in designated areas of instruction. 
• Motivate and counsel students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits. 
• Coordinate with counselors and staff as necessary to resolve issues affecting student training and/ or instruction. 
• Develop and prepare lessons in accordance with approved curriculum guidelines, recommend curricula changes and supplemental materials. 
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe training environment. 
• Participate in student assessment panels, perform required documentation and evaluation using CIS (Center Information System) and other documentation systems. 

Qualifications: RN license in the State of Nevada and a minimum of 2 years nursing experience. Responsible for providing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training instruction to students in accordance with approved Nevada State Board of Nursing curricula. Maintains clinical site relationship and supervises students during clinical rotation. Experience working with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
