Some nights and weekends required. Locations needed are Braintree and Quincy MA

Job Duties

Present the manufacturer's product, features, and benefits to our customers along with taking test drives
Assist sales managers in the sales/delivery process
Keep up to date on all dealer information, as well as industry news.
Study our training program sales skills and product knowledge
Obtain a high level of customer satisfaction along with assessing customer needs to achieve a high level of results
Other tasks as required by the manager

Job Requirements

Excellent communication skills
A positive, upbeat attitude
Accurate record keeping of all appropriate dealership documents
A willingness to learn using our state of the art training tools
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Experience is welcome but not required. Our training and orientation program will have you comfortable, capable, and confident.
