Senior Software Engineer – Arlington, VA

Full Visibility is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for hybrid work in Arlington, VA. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance.

The Senior Software Engineer will have expertise in web development and visualization platforms with a strong background in .NET technologies, ASP.NET, Web API, PostgreSQL (or other SQL databases), and object storage solutions. This role requires a passion for building scalable, high-performance web applications and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance
• At least seven (7+) years of experience in web development and software engineering
• Expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, and Web API development
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, etc.)
• Experience with object storage technologies (e.g., AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, MinIO)
• Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced development teams

Preferred:
● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
● Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js (a plus)
● Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
● Previous work on data visualization platforms or business intelligence applications
