Position title: SAP iXp Intern - P&C Business Partner
Location: Hybrid - Newtown Square
Expected start date to end date: August 2026 – February 2027
Working hours: Full time 40 hrs./week
As Customer Value Group (CVG) People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner (BP) intern, you will support the Global CVG P&C BP to drive strategic/ operational consultations & projects.

Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program
Expectations and Tasks:

Assist the Customer Value Group (CVG) People & Culture (P&C) BP Lead and PMO team as they support the CVG People Strategy and the transformation

Support and drive strategic people initiatives. Focus on key topics. Manage ad-hoc requests. This includes tasks like data gathering, maintaining the organization, and submitting information to European Social Partners.

In charge of various organizational / operational tasks

Ensure a high level of deliverable quality in communications and presentations for our P&C BPs, Executive Leadership team members, and employees

Deliver high-impact data analysis, leveraging internal SAP tools, to provide people and organizational business insights (Hiring, Attrition) that enable the P&C BPs to drive measurable outcomes
Skills / Competencies:

Demonstrates proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and solid analytical skills

Knowledge of business principles. Good at teamwork and communication.
