Production LeadOperator, monitor and maintain the production line while leading and training team members.Detailed Description
- Communicate with previous shift on any issues on the lines to prepare for the shift meeting. Hand out QA logs, downtime sheets (5%).
- Walk the floor to verify housekeeping for unsafe condition also verify date codes, check minerals (if the product is requiring it), ozone, drinking, and spring water to insure the readings are correct (20%).
- During shift, verify QA logs and that all documentation is been performed correctly (5%).
- Check finished goods inventory and that it is correct in the oracle (%).
- Check scrap information make sure all movements are done correctly (5%).
- Check HFI and insure that hold tags are filled out correctly and turned in to inventory manager and QA manager (5%).
- Insure that the tags are printing for the items that are running, check with shipping to see if they need any tags printed out (10%)
- Get the numbers to report the 4hr production and the 8, or 12 hr (10%).
- Gather all the information from the line leads in order to do the end of shift report (5%).
- Verify that all the entries are done in oracle ( wip labels, preforms ,caps, HFI)(20%)

Work Experience/KSA’s
- Required:
- 2-4 years – Manufacturing experience and leading a team

Competencies
- Must have proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work well with employees on all levels.
- Must be computer literate i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
