As an intelligence planner, you will use your spe<span>cia</span>lized regional and functional <span>experience</span> and your attention to detail to assist in the development of campaign plans, contingency plans, crisis management options, and time-sen<span>sit</span>ive plans in accordance with the Advanced Planning and Execution System. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters.  </p><p>  </p><p>As an intelligence planner on our team, you’ll assist in developing campaign plans, contingency plans, crisis management options, time-sen<span>sit</span>ive planning, and assessments in accordance with the Advanced Planning and Execution System <span>(</span>APEX<span>)</span>. Additionally, planners assist with intelligence operations feasibility assessments within the planning process. You’ll work as part of an intelligence planning team and ensure intelligence equities are integrated into strategic and operational-level military planning and execution. You will help document intelligence resourcing gaps and shortfalls and develop mitigation strategies, integrate intelligence products and services supporting the Joint Planning Process <span>(</span>JPP<span>)</span>, and synchronize the intelligence cycle supporting collection, analysis, production, and targeting. The world can't wait.</p><p></p><p><b><span>You Have:</span></b></p><ul><li>5+ years of <span>experience</span> with intelligence planning, including at the Combatant Command level</li><li>2+ years of <span>experience</span> at a Combatant Command, National-level Intelligence Agency, or Service Component  </li><li><span>Experience</span> with joint and combined multi-domain operations planning, including campaign and contingency planning, and developing and maintaining base plans, annexes, appendices, and tabs     </li><li><span>Experience</span> with National Intelligence Support Plans, the Joint Staff, and Combat Support Agencies, participating in joint working groups and forums, and briefing senior defense and intelligence offi<span>cia</span>ls  </li><li><span>Knowledge of</span> the Joint Planning Process and its inputs and outputs, including JIPOE, <span>Center</span> of Gravity Analysis, Enemy Courses of Action, and Annex Bs  </li><li><span>Knowledge of</span> IC-standard intelligence and production tools, databases, techniques, and platforms, planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program, the Five Stages of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle <span>(</span>JELC<span>)</span>, and Joint, Bilateral, and Multilateral exercises</li><li><span>Ability to</span> travel internationally up to 15% of the time</li><li><span>Active passport with at least 6 months validity for the purposes of visa applications  </span></li><li>TS<span>/</span>SCI <span>clearance</span></li><li><span>Bachelor’s degree</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Nice If You Have:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Experience</span> with the Joint Planning Process <span>(</span>JPP<span>)</span> and military decision-making process  </li><li><span>Experience</span> with <span>foreign</span> planning, theater campaign strategies, and organizational leadership  </li><li><span>Experience</span> with using Micro<span>sof</span>t Office applications, including Micro<span>sof</span>t Office 365  </li><li><span>Possession of</span> excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with leadership</li><li><span>TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph</span></li><li><span>Master's degree  </span></li><li>Joint Intelligence Planner – I Certification </li><li>Graduate of DoD Intelligence Planning Course</li><li>Completion of Joint Professional Military Education, Phase I or II</li><li>Completion of SAW, SAMS, SAASS, MAWS, JAWS, or BSAP</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Clearance</span></b><b>:</b></p><p><span>Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information</span><span>;</span> <span>TS/SCI clearance is required.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Compensation</b></p><p>At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being.
