Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.</p><p></p><p><span>Raytheon is seeking an experienced Program Management, Planning &amp; Scheduling professional to join the Program Design &amp; Planning organization. </span><span>This position will be responsible for the development, maintenance and analysis of the Program Master Phasing Schedule and <span><span>Integrated Master</span> Plan/Integrated Master Schedule – developing the network and integrated workflow of schedule activities to ensure accurate, appropriate, and effective plan is established for the scope of work.  Perform analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of critical path, risk integration, IMS structure, and evaluate trends and schedule related metrics.  Reviews and implements IMS coding, outlining structures and adherence to directives and department scheduling best practices.  Depending upon the size and complexity of the effort, this role will be either assisting the lead scheduler / planner on a larger/more complex effort or responsible for a smaller effort.</p><p>This position is an onsite role in a classified area in Tucson, AZ.</p><p><span>Signing bonus is available, provided final candidate meets eligibility requirements.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>What You Will Do:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Develop, maintain, and update an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to align with program objectives, milestones, and deliverables.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with project management, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define project tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements.</p></li><li><p>Monitor schedule performance and progress, identifying risks, delays, and opportunities for schedule optimization.</p></li><li><p>Support risk management activities by proactively identifying potential issues, forecasting delays, and recommending corrective actions or schedule adjustments.</p></li><li><p>Conduct risk assessments, including the preparation and execution of Monte Carlo simulations to evaluate schedule reliability.</p></li><li><p>Provide regular updates to project management and stakeholders on schedule status, changes, and any potential issues.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate updates to schedules and related documentation.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and distribute progress reports, dashboards, and other relevant metrics to leadership and stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Assist with various project management tasks to ensure program success.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills and able to teach/ knowledge transfer and document processes.</p></li><li><p>Mentor and train junior planners</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications You Must Have:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and m<span>inimum of 8 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience</span>, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.</p></li><li><p><span>Prior work experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry related schedules. (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar scheduling software)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prior work experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prior work experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.</span></p></li></ul><p><br/><b><span>Qualifications We Prefer:<
