You Will

• Prepare financial reports and account analysis ,
• Is in charge of Key process Reconciliations (I.E Wires Liability, Prepaid wires)
• Involved in accounting month end/year end processes.
• Review the integrity of the subsidiaries financial closing process.
• Executes internal Key controls related to assigned areas and tasks.
• Perform account analyses and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare Month end closing Entries (i.e Payer accruals, Unrealized FX Gains Loses)
• Prepares and maintains account schedules (i.e. other liabilities, amortization, prepaid, etc.).
• Prepares and post recurrent entries.
• Assists with internal and external audit requests.
• Posts adjustment entries as directed by Supervisor or Director .
• Collects and maintain detailed records.
• Provide Accounting and Bookkeeping Support 
• Investigates GL issues or concerns and respond promptly.
• Works on ad-hoc projects assigned by the Director of Accounting.

You Have

•       Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related field a plus. Associate degree at a minimum.
•       4 + years of experience in similar accounting functions.
•       Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures.
•       Proficient in Microsoft Software (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and other relevant computer applications.
•       Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite highly desirable)
•       Position is based in Miami, FL.
