Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with Salesforce

We are seeking a highly skilled SDET with experience in Salesforce testing to join our QA organization. This role is responsible for both manual and automated testing across Salesforce based applications and integrations. You’ll design, implement, and maintain robust test frameworks while collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure high-quality Salesforce releases that support critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test data for our Salesforce modules.
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand functional and technical requirements.
• Validate integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems via APIs, middleware, and batch jobs.
• Execute and support both manual and automated validation during major Salesforce releases and patches.
• Troubleshoot test failures and environment issues, working with development teams to resolve defects.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an SDET or Test Automation Engineer.
• Proven experience with Salesforce testing, both manual and automated.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including custom objects, Apex, Lightning components, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Provar.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Experience testing REST/SOAP APIs and integrations is a strong plus.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Developer, etc.) are a plus but not required.
