Marketing Data Lead Carbon for St. Louis, MO to plan data architecture & analytics roadmap to guide data-driven decision making and investment planning; develop strategy for data collection, monitoring, harmonization, modeling, activation & measurement; ensure data privacy; collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data accessibility & utilization needs; leverage data & analytics to inform marketing initiatives; coordinate relationships with external data product & agency stakeholders; train internal stakeholders on best practices in digital analytics; identify data trends, opportunities & issues. Requires Bachelor’s in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research or closely-related field & 6 yrs progressive post-Bachelor’s experience manipulating large datasets using computer applications to analyze, test, validate & report data and ensure accuracy and efficiency of outputs; using statistical query languages, including SAS, SQL, Python and/or R, to store and transform data from multiple data sources, including third-party data and/or large-scale databases, for delivery to end users; using & leveraging data visualization and automation tools, including Tableau and/or PowerBI; developing business analytics reporting & dashboards to understand data trends, outliers and patterns; and using statistical methodologies, including sample sizing, decision tree and/or linear regression, to translate analytical results into actionable insights & recommendations.
