We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join us as a Program Manager. As Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in administering all aspects of the PROG Development Center programs. This includes program strategy, delegation, and implementation, while collaborating with partners and serving as a leader, coordinator, and facilitator.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (CORE RESPONSIIBLITIES):

• Strategize, implement, monitor and maintain program initiatives, daily activities that includes the logistics of scheduling and calendaring—and deadlines that adhere to Center objectives and key results
• Coordinate program and projects, and manage project interdependencies and capacity constraints
• Lead high level technical discussions, internally and externally, to ensure all technical requirements are met
• Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
• Experience with agile traits and techniques: lead design, accommodating change requirements, iterations, loop feedback with youth and participant involvement
• Document program protocols, policies and procedures that reflect best practices. Assist team in exploring new concepts that will deliver innovative solutions and significant advancements
• Facilitate committees with stakeholders to discusses program status, goals, communication, problem-solving, and (re)alignment of deliverables that will lead to successful program outcomes
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Moderate understanding of industry trends that will impact strategies, strengths and weaknesses of our programs and volunteer coordination
• Work closely with PROG Center Director and colleagues to develop plan for programs, deliverables, required resources, communication, budget, and timing for new initiatives
• Assist with negotiating service/development contracts or MOAs and support the budget and resource forecasting process
• Work with leadership and core team members to help identify and assist in making program tradeoffs to balance scope, time and costs
• Foster positive team environment and provide direction in ambiguous situations
• Be a resource in developing upfront estimates of time and resource utilization through organized discovery with stakeholders, partners, youth participants and community
