You’ll design the tools and workflows that help brands grow through creator partnerships and empower creators to build sustainable businesses.</p> <p>Reporting to the VP, Product Design, you’ll operate as a senior individual contributor (IC3): owning meaningful product surfaces end-to-end, driving complex initiatives from discovery through delivery, and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and fellow designers. Your work will directly connect to measurable business outcomes such as creator growth, brand adoption, engagement, and revenue performance.</p> <p>This role is ideal for a systems-oriented product designer who thrives in ambiguity, connects design decisions to business impact, and enjoys shaping cohesive experiences across multiple products and surfaces.</p> <p><strong>How you will make an impact</strong></p> <ul> <li>Frame ambiguous problems into clear opportunity spaces, structured approaches, and actionable design directions.</li> <li>Partner with Product and Engineering to align on goals, tradeoffs, sequencing, and timelines, proactively bringing clarity when ambiguity exists.</li> <li>Connect design decisions to measurable outcomes such as activation, engagement, retention, brand adoption, and creator growth.</li> <li>Translate business and customer needs into scalable workflows, patterns, and systems—not just isolated features.</li> <li>Shape cohesive experiences across Brand and Creator surfaces, ensuring patterns feel unified and system-first.</li> <li>Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure cohesive, scalable, system-first solutions across Brand and Creator surfaces.</li> <li>Drive cohesive, system-first solutions by contributing to and leveraging our design system to ensure consistency
