Cruise is seeking to hire an experienced and motivated System Engineer to lead functional configuration and technical development of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management and support a complementary portfolio of applications. The role is centralized within the Operations Technology (OpsTech) team within the IT Enterprise Business Technology organization and will report directly to the Manager of OpsTech. The OpsTech team owns Cruise’s internal operational systems infrastructure. We select, implement, and maintain the applications, platforms, and tools that enable the Central Ops, Market Ops, Procurement, and Legal teams to do their best work. We do this by building world class technical solutions that are prepared to scale, are developed on a common set of data, and are seamlessly integrated.

What you’ll be doing:

Own the configuration and development of workflows, reports, integrations, and conversions within the Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM module

Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Asset Management, Inventory Management, Demand and Supply Planning, and Procurement within a highly visible, enterprise-wide program

Partner closely with system implementation consultants and internal resources for end-to-end execution of on-going product enhancements

Maintain overall security model for Oracle Cloud SCM across nearly 350 users to ensure access controls remain compliant with ITGC policies

Prepare and update solution documentation such as functional design specifications, testing scripts, and training materials

Orchestrate inbound and outbound integrations outside Oracle ERP via MuleSoft

Support a complementary set of applications and business capabilities, including but not limited to Maintenance Scheduling and RF Scanner Hardware/Software

Coordinate environment refreshes and resolve incidents, issues, and/or defects with Oracle Support

Assess impact of Oracle Cloud upgrades and validating functionality with business stakeholders
What you must have:

6+ years of experience with Oracle ERP and demonstrated ability with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, including Asset Monitoring

Bachelor’s degree in role related field required, preferably software engineering or business administration

Systems-level and operational thinking skills

Proven expertise of Fusion’s schema, subject areas, and reporting tools such as OTBI and Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW)

Strong knowledge of Cloud-native tools like FBDI, ADFdi, and ESS Jobs

Solid understanding in SOAP Web Services, REST APIs

Intimate knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud security roles, both seeded and custom

Ability to prioritize high volume of requests from multiple customers in a timely, accurate and efficient manner with minimal direction

Agile delivery approach with experience working within either Scrum or Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks while using Jira as a work management tool
