We are looking for a driven and capable Data Center Campus QA Manager to support us with the development of multiple data center projects for one of the top technology clients in the world. This is a client-facing role that requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, the ability to self-direct, client representation, and an emphasis on strong quality management fundamentals. The candidate must be able to manage QA activities across a campus environment with multiple concurrent construction projects. A strong background in data center development, construction, commissioning, and operational requirements is highly desirable.
You will play an integral role in implementing and managing the Quality Management System (QMS) and overseeing all construction inspection and testing services across the campus. The Data Center Campus QA Manager is accountable for ensuring all work meets or exceeds contractual quality requirements, client expectations, and applicable codes and standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the campus-wide project scope, contract deliverables, and quality requirements.
- Ensure and enforce compliance with stringent contract and owner quality expectations across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the preparation, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive, project-specific QA/QC plans in coordination with discipline leads.
- Manage and approve the review and verification of material submittals for A/E and client approval.
- Ensure that delivered materials meet project specifications and match approved submittals across all trades.
- Direct and supervise the management of submittals, RFI logs, maintenance records, and other QA documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely tracking.
- Review, coordinate, and track QA punch lists, and lead resolution efforts with general contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely closeout.
- Oversee and conduct internal quality audits and inspections to validate the implementation and effectiveness of the QA/QC system across all disciplines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote quality excellence across the entire campus Quality Management System.
- Ensure full compliance with contract requirements and applicable Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards set by the company and local authorities.
- Review, update, and manage the distribution of QA/QC procedures across infrastructure, MEP, civil, and architectural trades to ensure consistency and adherence to project goals.
- Verify and monitor that general contractors provide sufficient QA training and awareness programs for their teams.
- Oversee investigations of non-conformance issues, approve corrective/preventive actions, and ensure timely and effective closeout.
