Summary of Job Duties:
The Network Systems Team Manager will be responsible for directing the tactical day-to-day operations and project execution of the network enterprise systems team. This position holds supervisory responsibility for full-time employees. There will be moderate project management required to keep team resources executing at a high-level of productivity to achieve university goals. The Network Systems Team Manager will also be responsible for maintaining network service availability, ticket management, and completing team administrative functions.Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience
At least five years of Network experience
At least two years’ experience managing a team of 6+ network engineers and/or analysts
Preferred Qualifications:
At least five years of experience in a Network or Network related position
At least one year of project management experience
Broad knowledge of co
