We are currently looking for a Manager Financial Planning and Analysis to join our DACH Finance team, who will report to the team lead FBP and FP&A, within a team of four people.

Scope of the Role

• Taking responsibility for month-end-closing and internal reporting of all DACH entities (accrual calculation, variance analysis, landing, management business review of P&L and WOCA / Cash)
• Reviewing data reconciliations of financial reports and ensuring data correctness
• Maintaining and improving the reporting toolset of DACH using Power BI, SAP S4 HANA (AfO) to ensure data correctness and integrity to support the business on all finance related queries
• Leading the budget, forecast, and rolling forecast processes for DACH
• Defining the process (timeline / milestones, stakeholders, responsibilities)
• Creating bottom-up input and simulation tools
• Reviewing with DACH management and reporting to corporate
• Managing the profitability of existing and new business operations and providing analysis of profitability variances and recommending corrective action
• Within a SOX environment, ensuring reliable execution of monthly / quarterly / yearly controlling tasks and supporting in internal and external audits

Experience Required

• Business or finance degree and at least 7 years of professional experience in Controlling or Finance
• Experience in working with financial systems (SAP and consolidation systems such as HFM, EPM, S4 HANA), MS Office including Power BI and Power Pivot
• Demonstrated knowledge in business and finance planning (forecasting / budgeting), analysis skills and accounting
• Ability to communicate in a structured manner to cross-functional team members
• Enthusiastic team player, hands-on as well as a high level of self-motivation
• Professional proficiency in English and German
