1. Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations. 2. Acts as direct liaison for all 24/7 patients. 3. Calls patients for availability and scheduling. 4. Prepares typed schedule for patients with multiple appointments. 5. Collects patient information, CDs, films etc. and sends them to appropriate department. 6. Schedules outpatient testing and/or procedure appointments with appropriate departments. 7. Assures patients and/or families have information to contact 24/7 Services. 8. Order department supplies and schedules office maintenance. 9. Assist with workflow for 24/7 Queue Management. 10. Assists 24/7 patients navigate email encryption issues and Epic “My Chart”. 11. Assists RN’s and physicians with Epic “Care Everywhere”. 12. Acts as liaison for maintenance/care of 24/7 vehicles. 13. Answers all incoming phone calls, routing as needed. 14. Picks up or delivers packages on campus. 15. Processes communications/arrangements for 24/7 hospitality. 16. Identifies patients through use of proper method of retrieving patient history/information to avoid creation of duplicate Medical Records for additional patient visits. 17. Verifies and accurately enters and updates patient information while registering as per departmental guidelines. 18. Performs other duties as assigned.Apply for this role
