The Managing Director Liquidity Reporting will report to the SMD, Capital & Liquidity Reporting and will be responsible for the Liquidity Regulatory Reporting for the bank. The MD is responsible to manage the reporting requirements for liquidity FR 20252a, Liquidity Pillar 3 disclosures and other related reports. The MD is also responsible to implement and maintain the regulatory reporting system for liquidity reporting. Additional responsibilities include working with Treasury, Risk & Accounting on data, policies and reports.
Key Responsibilities
Manages the preparation and submission of FR 2052a, Pillar III Liquidity disclosures through a well-controlled reporting data framework.
Manage the business implementation of a Regulatory Reporting Engine for liquidity reporting, data analysis, management reports and regulatory submission, from defining the Functional requirements to UAT.
Direct & Mentor a large team of professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality regulatory reports and a strong data control framework
Prepare and present to Senior Management on regulatory reports, interact with Regulators as needed.
Education, Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
7-10+ years of experience in regulatory reporting for banks in the US (capital, liquidity, CCAR)
CPA, CFA, or other similar designation a plus
Substantial experience with implementation of Regulatory Reporting systems including Axiom, Workiva, OFSAA, Lombard Risk a plus
Excellent interpersonal, team building, and communication skills required
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive desired outcomes
The estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000 USD to $225,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
