<h3>Company Description</h3><p><strong>Do you have a passion for numbers and accounting processes? We are looking for a Specialist Accounting Processes to support our accounting team at Red Bull HQ!</strong></p><p> </p><p>In this role, you will support the headquarters accounting team to further develop and streamline the local and global accounting processes. Your key responsibilities include participation in accounting process-related finance and cross-functional projects. You will participate in the conception and creation of a global accounting process documentation, the associated digital training concept, and the continuous review process in that area.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>PROJECT WORK</strong></p><p>You will collaborate in different kinds of finance or cross-functional projects that affect existing accounting processes or the creation of new processes or process components. Based on your profound operative accounting and accounting process knowledge you will ensure a proper and compliant system-level implementation.</p><p>You will participate in accounting process optimization projects at the headquarters by supporting the Chief Accountants and their teams in implementing process optimization opportunities.</p><p><strong>ASSISTANCE IN THE ACCOUNTING HARMONIZATION PROCESS</strong></p><p>You will assist in the conception and creation of a global accounting process documentation. This includes the participation in collecting and documenting the relevant process components.</p><p>You will be involved in the development and implementation of a digital accounting training platform and its training contents.</p><p>The collaboration in the continuous review and maintenance of the accounting process framework and training is your responsibility as well.</p><p><strong>AD HOC SUPPORT OF THE AUSTRIAN AND GLOBAL ACCOUNTING TEAMS</strong></p><p>In case of specific need, like during month end closing and year end closing, you will support the Austrian accounting team with taking over operative posting and closing tasks.</p><p>Part of your responsibilities will be the participation in alignments with local accounting representatives of the RB group on specific operative accounting or accounting process-related topics.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Minimum of 3 years work experience</p><p>Graduate in Business Administration; alternatively higher-level secondary commercial college or professional education with a focus on accounting and a distinct interest in IT</p><p>Very good English skills, German is a plus</p><p>Profound understanding of operative accounting processes and accounting GAAP</p><p>Experience in auditing (audit assistants/juniors - audit managers) is advantageous</p><p>Very good SAP knowledge (ideally S/4HANA)</p><p>Precision, strong analytical and communication skills, reliability, flexibility, and robustness</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,392 gross per month.
