Senior Director/Director of Graduate Law Admissions & Enrollment Management

This position is responsible for all marketing, recruiting, admissions, enrollment management, alumni and career service functions pertaining to the Law School's various graduate, non-J.D. programs. The position must also have a commitment to leadership in a Catholic and Marianist institution, which fosters quality education in a family spirit; to pursue service, justice and peace and prepare for adaptation and change, while encouraging each person in their own way in their formation in faith.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
CRM Administration:
- Lead as the Slate Administrator and Captain for the Law School
- Provides technical expertise to support the continuous development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Slate processes across all functional areas at the Law School.
- Builds, tests, and maintain forms, event templates, portals, applications, workflows, essential data elements, and system/feature updates throughout the year and during annual cycle prep.
- Develops queries, reports, portals, and dashboards to facilitate easier and more accurate reporting for internal and external customers related to assessment, evaluation, and other analytics
- Executes key aspects of Slate in a timely manner, including but not limited to: system architecture and administration, releasing decisions, leveraging independent subqueries and configurable joins throughout the database, ensuring data integrity and building integrations to other systems
Marketing and Recruitment
- Responds to prospect requests for information, class visit requests, and campus tour request while managing the full prospect communication cycle
- Plans and executes an annual social media campaign; Creates and reviews marketing materials for the graduate programs in print, web, and social media for accuracy.
- Serves as liaison with third party vendors and University Communications on digital marketing campaigns to refresh institutional specific content and maintain message and branding fidelity along with development of content and streamline marketing materials throughout all avenues of information distribution.
- Supports programmatic diversification and innovation based upon market research, national and state education policy, and higher education enrollment trends.
- Analyzes digital marketing campaign metrics to assess return on investment and areas for growth
- Attends National Professional Conferences along with local and regional graduate school fairs for the purpose of recruiting new students into program
- Develops and plans professional development events for pipeline of students (i.e. law enforcement officers, teachers and educational administrators) for the purpose of recruitment into the M.Jur. program.
Admissions
- Maintains prospect and student files including application materials, correspondence, registration, add/drop forms, and degree audits. Tracks scholarship inquiries and program changes. Adhere to the document retention policy.
- Plans and executes residential and virtual orientation activities for graduate non-J.D. programs; Hosts on-campus visits and virtual tours to increase conversion.
- Contacts all admitted students and meets individually with prospective students on and off campus to provide admissions guidance to ensure the achievement of bi-annual enrollment goals (fall and spring) and high retention and graduation rates.
Enrollment Management
- Manages enrollment management workflow including the process of course registration.
- Assists students and adjunct faculty troubleshoot issues with various online portals (Canvas, TWEN, LexisNexis, Westlaw, Gateway).
- Advises new and continuing students
- Manages semesterly course projections
- Performs institutional reporting and assists with the collection, maintenance, security and integrity of data used for required surveys and ad hoc reports.
- Responsible for scribing (coding) degree requirements in DegreeWorks and maintaining degree progress tracking for Non-JD programs
- Evaluates student's academic records, produces reliable and consistent degree audits and assist with graduation preparation
- Assists with reviewing the curriculum and requirements for Non-JD programs are accurate and promptly scribed (coded) in DegreeWorks
