Position Overview: This position is part of a client-facing account team responsible for supporting the delivery and evolution of a Network Performance - Urban Science solution, with responsibility for managing monthly reporting, advanced analytics, and ongoing network support. The position requires a strong on-site presence and close collaboration with client stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and insight-driven deliverables. Key responsibilities include processing and analyzing complex datasets, developing advanced SQL queries and stored procedures, and producing clear, visually compelling reports and presentations that translate data into actionable business insights. The role also involves providing hands-on support across network analytics tools and sustainment and project-based work, while demonstrating strong workload management, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively manage client relationships and expectations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

This role has current Hybrid Workplace flexibility local the Dallas area and work in person in our Plano, TX and client office as needed, currently three times per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays), though this may change as business needs evolve. During initial training, additional visits may be required to support hands-on learning and a smooth onboarding experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plans, organizes, develops and delivers client-requested reports, deliverables and projects on time, adhering to client requested specifications.
  • Designs, creates and manages client databases, utilizing Urban Science proprietary software, ensuring accurate and high-quality data.
  • Assists management in creating estimates and proposals for clients to better understand the proposal process.
  • Serves as a contact for, and develops relationships with, the client to effectively respond to client requests and inquiries in a timely manner and help improve client satisfaction.
  • Acquires and maintains a thorough understanding of client data for assigned projects to properly create client deliverables.
  • Tracks, processes, analyzes and verifies data to improve accuracy and quality.
  • Assume responsibility for accurate and high-quality data being utilized on assigned projects.
  • Accurately performs application coding and testing functions associated with the development of custom client software.
  • Use technical skills to accurately update and maintain Urban Science internal software systems.
  • Adheres to quality control standards for Urban Science and client organizations. 
  • Coordinates with individuals or teams to complete analyses, tasks and projects on time and with high quality.
  • Attends project meetings and participates in presenting project status updates to client representatives or internal management to clearly communicate project status, conclusions and results.
