What you’ll be responsible for:

Circle is looking for a Salesforce Developer to do the heavy lifting of enabling our Sales and Customer Care teams to thrive. You’ll use your Apex and project management superpowers to continuously uplevel our SalesCloud and ServiceCloud instances, integrate disparate data sources, and power our Visualforce pages. This is a foundational role that will be vital to the success of the organization.

What you'll work on:

• Developing Classes, Triggers and Flows to support business requirements.
• Building out custom User Interfaces including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components.
• Creating Integrations with other systems used in the organization such as Snowflake, HubSpot, Chilipiper, Seismic, JIRA, and so on.
• Adhering to Salesforce best practices, maintaining code documentation, and writing / maintaining test classes for all custom development.
• Owning release cycles to implement and deploy applications and code.
• Collaborating with Salesforce Administrators to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits).

What you’ll bring to Circle:

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years of experience working with SalesCloud and ServiceCloud.
• Advanced Apex and Visualforce skills plus general web development experience working with HTML, CSS, Javascript, JSON and so on.
• Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
• Comfort with DemandTools, Dataloader, and similar data maintenance tools.
• Able to break down complex technical requirements in a simplified, easy to understand way to inform stakeholders.
• Experience working in Sales, Business, or Marketing Operations.
