Responsibilities and Duties

The Dishwasher is responsible for all aspects of event preparation including linen placement and table settings, stocking, ensuring that all areas are clean and organized during and after each event, clearing glasses/dishes and transporting them to the kitchen, and all aspects of event breakdown.

• Perform setup and breakdown of various stations for each event

• Complete side work; bus and set tables as needed

• Practice, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures according to policy and health/sanitation regulations

• Maintain fast, accurate service and ensure products are consistent with quality standards

• Communicate with team members, management, and guests in a positive manner

• Take direction from management and always be a team player

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred

• Neat, clean, and professional appearance

• Exhibit a sense of urgency

• Guest-friendly demeanor

• Successful in a team environment
