<h2></h2> <p>Temporary Student Assistant for HR – Do you want to help us deliver on our strategic goal  and coordinate our activities on Communities of Practice connecting people from around the world?</p> <p><br/> The position is temporary as our current student assistant in this role will be on exchange and travelling in Australia from July 2025 to January 2026. We appreciate if you can start mid-June to ensure a handover and that you can stay until mid-February 2026. Our HR strategy team is at the forefront of shaping our organization’s future, and we’re excited to invite a talented and experienced student assistant to join us on this journey. </p> <p><br/> We guarantee that you will learn practical applications of change management, balancing multiple cultures and time zones and get deep insights into different ways of running global matrix organizations.<br/> <br/> If this is something that matches your interests and what you are studying – please continue to read.</p> <h2><b>Role Overview</b></h2> <p>As a student assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the five Community of Practice (CoP) Owners who are all part of our senior HR Leadership team – so you will get very close to the decision makers in a global HR setup and get the opportunity to grow and learn together with us. </p> <p><br/> Our task is to identify and drive our strategic HR initiatives through the Communities of Practice. These communities are designed to:<br/> •    Drive the improvement of our HR practices, processes and initiatives, <br/> •    Leverage resources in our global organization, <br/> •    Accelerate HR development and <br/> •    Create new knowledge within the HR function.<br/>  <br/> We need a student assistant who wants to learn and grow together with us and can help us reach our strategic goals.</p> <h2><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2> <p>Your role and responsibility will be to:<br/> •    Collaborate with the Community of Practice Leaders (one in the US, one in Poland  and three in Denmark) to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.<br/> •    Ensuring a good structure in the way that we operate as a team – meetings are booked, actions are clear and people are held accountable for what has been agreed.<br/> •    Assist in organizing virtual and in-person events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.<br/> •    Contribute to content creation, including newsletters, blog posts, and internal communications.<br/> •    Help maintain community platforms, ensuring easy access to resources and best practices.<br/> •    Conduct research on industry trends, emerging practices, and innovative HR solutions.</p> <h2><b>Qualifications</b></h2> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in preferable HRM, Psychology or related fields.</li> <li>Passionate about HR and interested in learning  from experienced professionals.</li> <li>Structured, excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li> <li>Able to commit approximately 15 hours per week to this role.</li> <li>We will prefer candidates who have had a student assistant job before – but it is not a minimum requirement.</li> </ul> <h2><b>What We Offer</b></h2> <p>Flexible Working Hours: Balance your studies with practical experience.</p> <p><br/> Networking Opportunities: Connect with talented colleagues across our global organization and join a student assistant network of more than 100 in our Headquarter.</p> <p><br/> Industry Exposure: Gain insights into HR strategy and community building.<br/> Meaningful Impact: Contribute to a strategic initiative that shapes our company’s future.</p> <h2><b>Want to Join?</b></h2> <p>Then send your application as soon as possible and no later than 22 May.
