Job Description

Adevinta is seeking a talented senior compliance professional to help build its compliance team on a global basis. You will serve as a trusted partner to the VP Corporate Finance & Risk on Ethics & Compliance activities across the group.

• Support the roll-out of Adevinta's Ethics & Compliance framework 
• Coordinate compliance activities with regulatory domain owners
• Manage the speak-up channel & investigations
• Maintain policies and procedures for conflicts of interest, gifts & hospitality, fraud.
• Maintain Code of Conduct and level 2 policies up to date 
• Coordinate policy training & comms
• Compile compliance reporting to the Audit & Risk Committee
• Support compliance risk assessments

Qualifications

• You have a strong background (10+ years) in compliance and/or risk.
• You have a certification in ethics & compliance or are working towards one.
• You are a people person, enjoying the interaction with multiple stakeholders.
• You possess superior project management skills and are not afraid of going analytical where required.
• You take responsibility for finding solutions to business problems and creating value propositions.
• You cultivate relationships with broad groups inside the organization and externally to stay informed on industry developments and enhance your own level of influence.
