Job Description:
Join our dynamic team and lead supply chain excellence in a global environment!
The Senior External Manufacturing Supply Planner is a key member of the External Manufacturing and Global Supply Chain function. This role plans, manages, and controls Supply Chain and Purchasing activities, including planning, execution, and sales for externally manufactured products. It also leads the S&OP process for EMO products in their area of responsibility.
In this role, the primary focus will be:
Manage short-, medium-, and long-term planning within the company and with external parties
Create and maintain supply plans to meet service and stock objectives
Design inventory policy aligned with overall strategy
Resolve supply challenges through coordination of cross-functional teams
Lead S&OP process with partners and/or CMOs focusing on action and decision-making
Oversee internal S&OP supply review steps
Regularly review supply and inventory policies with affiliates and external suppliers
Manage supply plan and inventory considering regulatory constraints and implementation timelines
Ensure master data accuracy and updates
Place procurement orders, manage goods receipt, and oversee invoice management for EMO products
Contribute to improving supply chain processes and systems by leading transformation projects.
To be eligible for this position, candidates should have a degree, APICS CPIM certification (preferred), and 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain operations, ideally in an International environment. Knowledge of planning systems and processes, negotiation skills with External Partners/CMOs, and data analytics are advantageous. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
