We are looking for a Senior Manager of Global Tax to join our Finance Accounting team based anywhere in the U.S., reporting to the Director of Global Tax. In this role, you will manage all aspects of domestic and international tax compliance and tax planning. You will also be responsible for all tax operations related accounting required under U.S. GAAP, including ASC 740, and will coordinate with the external tax advisors. You will evaluate U.S. and global tax impacts of new transactions, lead involvement in change management initiatives, and develop and mentor a tax staff.

What you’ll do:
- Manage tax compliance for all domestic and international operations, including U.S. Income Tax, Sales and Use Tax, Property Tax, Franchise Tax, Foreign Income Tax, Statutory filings, GST, VAT, and others by using a combination of internal and external advisor resources
- Review and prepare quarterly and annual income tax provision and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP, including SFAS 109 (ASC 740) and FIN 48 (ASC 740-10)
- Review and manage U.S. and Canada R&D credits and transfer pricing studies
- Liaise with external auditors and manage various tax audits
- Research domestic and international tax issues and effectively communicate tax implications
- Assist with other tax related analysis and special projects, including M&A transactions
- Develop and mentor a tax staff
- Manage third party tax resources
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 15+ years of combined tax-related experience with a multinational company and/or a public accounting firm
- Current knowledge of U.S. GAAP, principles, and pronouncements related to accounting for tax
- Microsoft Office skills required, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Experience with large ERP systems a strong plus, preferably Oracle, but not required
- Flexible roll-up-your sleeves, hands-on attitude and attracted by the challenges and opportunities of working within a rapidly changing, dynamic work environment
