As the Control, Compliance & Risk (CCR) Data Reporting Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization's commitment to identify and appropriately manage risk while simultaneously helping drive a best-in-class operating environment. The CCR Reporting Team provides actionable insights through data-driven reporting and analytics. We support business partners across the CCR organization by delivering high-quality dashboards, metrics, and analysis that enhance transparency, enable effective oversight, and drive informed decision-making. Collaborating with key stakeholders will be integral to the success of this role.

The Data Reporting Analyst will play a key role in developing and maintaining reporting solutions that support CCR’s objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and communication skills, be proficient in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, and demonstrate the ability to build strong working relationships with partners across the CCR organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

  • Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to support CCR’s reporting needs.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.

  • Develop and maintain analysis and reporting templates.

  • Create compelling PowerPoint presentations that summarize key insights and trends for management.

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reporting outputs.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in data management, reporting automation, and visualization.

  • Collaborate with data owners and technology teams to enhance data quality and reporting capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business reporting, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report design).

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).

  • Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentation development.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong storytelling with data capabilities to craft compelling narratives from insights.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across business and technical teams.

  • Experience working with control, compliance, or risk management functions is a plus.

  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus.

Location: This position is a hybrid role. It is required to be on-site 3 days per week at one of the following office locations: Chevy Chase, MD, Chicago, IL, New York, NY.


 

Annual Salary

$77,900.00 - $129,150.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
