How you will make an impact: 

Prairie Cottages is seeking an Assisted Living Director to lead and uphold the values of our Purpose Statement, fostering collaboration among Prairie Cottages leaders and Cottage Directors. With a foundation of compassionate care, Prairie Cottages aims to provide a secure environment for all. The role entails overseeing various aspects of operations, including business administration, regulatory compliance, emergency management, memory care, resident services, dietary needs, activities, nursing, staff training, marketing, and household maintenance. The Director is tasked with maintaining the highest standards of residential care while upholding ethical principles and respecting the dignity of residents, families, and staff. 

Schedule Varies: 

• 40 hours a week 

• Flexibility is possible

What you will need: 

• At least 1+ Years Experience Managing Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities 

• A bachelor's degree from a four-year institution is preferred. 

• Must have knowledge of Alzheimer’s Disease and related Dementias and experience with those affected.   

• Minnesota Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certificate or ability to obtain within the first year of employment. 

• Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) or ability to become a licensed Minnesota LALD (Licensed Assisted Living Director) within the first year of employment.
