This individual will support recruitment initiatives, process improvements, best practices, employer branding and more. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will help position Talent Acquisition as a true business partner, developing effective working relationships with the hiring leaders while understanding their complex and unique talent and business needs.</p> <p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Manage end-to-end recruiting process including talent research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendations, negotiation, and acceptance.</li> <li>Deeply understand hiring needs; partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies that lead to quality hires.</li> <li>Provide a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process with proactive communication and engagement.</li> <li>Collaborate with HR team and fellow AEG Presents Talent Acquisition members recruiters to share top internal and external talent, share best practices and partner on strategic TA initiatives.</li> <li>High attention to diversity; ensure all open positions have a robust and diverse candidate pool.</li> <li>Work with manager and AEG Compensation team to ensure that AEG Presents job evaluation and market analysis/positioning and job code are up to date.</li> <li>Cultivates pipelines of qualified candidates, maps relevant source org
