Administrative Specialist (Finance)

To qualify for this position at the GS-09 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the federal government, a state or local government, or private sector, and must demonstrate the following: Performing administrative functions that involve financial processes (i.e., travel, purchase card, payroll, etc.); AND Utilizing computer software as part of daily activities to preform assigned functions; AND Applying principles, laws, statues, regulations or procedures to programs or services. OR Education Master's (or equivalent graduate degree such as LL.B. or J.D. as specified in qualification standards or individual occupational requirements) in a course of study that directly reflects the job-related KSAs/competencies necessary to satisfy the minimum qualifications and perform the duties of the position, or 2 academic years of progressively higher-level graduate education in a course of study that directly reflects the job-related KSAs/competencies necessary to satisfy the minimum qualifications and perform the duties of the position.
