Job Description

As a (Senior) Product Manager, you will develop and execute the product vision for Enpal. We are building an industry-leading energy platform that combines our energy assets (solar, battery, EV, and heat pump) into a comprehensive and elegant solution. Our solution helps our customers save money and the environment.

This position is based within our Energy Products team. This team is responsible for designing and implementing the comprehensive customer offering, including the hardware and software products, customer positioning, pricing, and financing.

In our Energy Products team, you will:

• Develop the product roadmap, deciding which products and features to include in our customer offering.
• Work closely with our hardware and software engineering teams to conceptualize and execute the product development.
• Be responsible for our product launches and ensure that our internal business stakeholders (e.g. sales, operations) can execute a successful launch.
• Collaborate with our external partners and drive the targeted expansion of our product portfolio.
• Track the competitive landscape and understand key trends in the market to ensure Enpal is an industry leader.
• Take on ad hoc projects with your entrepreneurial spirit in different areas of your initiative and implement them with your team.

Qualifications

We are looking for roughly a 50% fit with what we ask. Surprise us with the rest. What else do you bring that will help us be better? 

• A bachelor's or master's degree, preferably with a technical focus.
• You have at least two ranging to six years of working experience, including exposure to management consulting or product management.
• You have strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external, on an international playing field.
• You demonstrate a proven ability to lead people, and as a senior applicant, you ideally already have direct management experience.
• You are analytical, proactive and solution-oriented, with a deep sense of ownership and commitment.
• The energy transition inspires you. You want to make a difference. We are one of the biggest players in the solar business and want to make this change with you. Preferably you already have experience working within the energy industry.
• You communicate clearly in English, spoken and written — crisp and concise ways of formulating your ideas and opinions. Knowledge of German is a plus.
