We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer (f/m/x) to join our innovative engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining frontend applications that seamlessly integrate with backend services hosted on a cloud environment. You will be responsible for creating user-friendly, responsive, and high-performance web applications.

Your key responsibilities

• Design and Development: Design, develop and maintain responsive and interactive web

• Integration: Work closely with backend engineers to integrate frontend applications with APIs and microservices hosted on Cloud platforms.

• UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user interfaces that enhance user experience.

• Cross-Platform Development: Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

• Cloud Integrations: Develop and deploy backend solutions on Cloud Platforms (e.g. Google Cloud, AWS or Azure) ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

• Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers, UX/UI designers and product managers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of new features

• Code Quality: Wrote clean, maintainable, and efficient code with comprehensive tests (unit, integration, etc)

• Monitoring and Logging: Set up and maintain monitoring, logging and alerting to ensure the reliability and performance of backend services.

Your skills and experiences

• Several years of professional and relevant experience in area of software development and
  architectures

• Several years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on integrating with cloud-based backend services

• Microservices Architecture: Experience with microservices architecture and service mesh technologies

• Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Frameworks and Libraries: Experience with modern frontend frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js

• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud (preferred), AWS or Azure

• DEVOPS: Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform)

• Databases: Proficiency with SQL is a must (e.g. PostgreSQL, Cloud SQL) and NoSQL is nice to have (e.g. MongoDB)

• APIs: Strong experience in consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints

• CI/CD: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

• Security: Understanding of secure coding practices and experience with security frameworks

• Experience with development utilizing software development life cycle (SDLC) tools including GitHub, JIRA, Artifactory

• Build Tools: Familiarity with frontend build tools and bundlers  

• Testing: Experience with frontend testing frameworks  

• State Management: Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Vuex
