Are you excited about the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) Industry?   Are you seeking to build your AEC industry knowledge coupled with your sales skills to result in an aggressive growth of Trimble’s SketchUp Pro business?   

What you will do

The Renewals and Expansion Sales Representative is a member of the Trimble SketchUp direct sales team covering Architecture, Engineering and Construction Markets. This position combines building industry knowledge with sales skills to result in an aggressive growth of Trimble’s SketchUp Pro business. This person will have the knowledge, skill and positive attitude to negotiate corporate agreements in person and over the phone.  

• Renew and Upsell existing SketchUp accounts.  

• Quote preparation.

• Identify and accurately forecast/track all opportunities.

• Meet and Exceed Quota.

• Represent SketchUp/Trimble in a professional manner.

What you should bring 

• Multi-year account management sales experience.

• Strong organization and priority management skills

• Result oriented and strong customer relationship building skills.

• The ability to work well both as part of a team, and on your own initiative.

• Flexible and able to work under pressure.

• Experience selling in a subscription environment (SaaS).  

• Ability to present technical product overviews to prospects and communicate the value.

• Proven track record of revenue generation and exceeding quota.

• Experience forecasting and tracking all activity in Salesforce.com.

Hourly: $31.25 per hour plus commission

SketchUp is a suite of subscription products that include SketchUp Pro Desktop, a 3D modeling computer-aided design (CAD) program for a broad range of drawing and design applications — including architectural, interior design, industrial and product design, landscape architecture, civil and mechanical engineering.
