Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support one of our Regional Portfolio Managers (RPM). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and prioritize effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage RPM calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external personnel on behalf of RPM
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Assist in planning company events, conferences, and team meetings.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and other team members, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on action items.
  • Manage expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the RPM.

Requirements

  

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Knowledgeable in Yardi Voyage (preferred)
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Experienceor knowledge in property management is a plus.

Travel Requirements: Travel for this position requires you to have  reliable transportation. Travel requirements may change at any time.
