We are looking for a passionate Chapter Specialist to join our team and make a difference. As a Chapter Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in working closely with chapters in the Great Midwest Region (GMR) to enhance their programming, engagement, and overall impact for Jewish teens. Alongside your teammates, you’ll connect in a dynamic environment and create a positive impact on teens, our community, and the world.</p> <p><strong>SHAPING THE FUTURE FOR TEENS AND YOURSELF</strong></p> <p>As a Chapter Specialist, responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Work directly with teens (grades 8-12) to create impactful, fun, and dynamic programming.</li> <li>Coach teens on recruitment and retention strategies that build and grow their chapters to exceed membership and engagement goals.</li> <li>Support teens in building and executing chapter calendars, ensuring a consistent and sustainable programming cadence.</li> <li>Be present at chapter events and meetings, providing guidance, supervision, and mentorship as the adult in the room</li> <li>Ensure chapter participation in region-wide initiatives (e.g. Kickoffs, RLTI, and convention)</li> <li>Ensure chapter participation in organization-wide initiatives (e.g., BBYO Summer Programs, ILN, and IC)</li> <li>Track and analyze chapter data, including attendance, engagement, and membership trends, to inform strategy</li> <li>Build relationships and maintain communication with members, parents, and community partners</li> <li>Participate as a member of the regional team to bring innovative ideas and best practices to the community.</li> <li>Participate in monthly professional development with fellow Chapter Specialists</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>DRIVING CHAPTER HEALTH AND SUCCESS</strong></p> <p>Success in this role is measured by consistent improvement in chapter health and engagement outcomes.</p> <p>As a Chapter Specialist, you will partner with teen leaders to build strong, sustainable chapters by tracking and improving key metrics, including:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Membership Growth</strong>: Total new members recruited</li> <li><strong>Enga
