Requirements

As our chosen Resident Events Coordinator, everyday you will be responsible for greeting and assisting onsite guests, answering inbound telephone calls, plan and facilitate events for residents from start to finish and other office tasks as assigned. Bolero Flats (259 units) is a beautiful conventional apartment community in Minneapolis, MN and we want YOU to be our Resident Events Coordinator!

To thrive in this role:

Have a flexible schedule to ensure planned resident events are completed

Prior experience planning events required

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

Provide excellent customer service to residents, coworkers and vendors

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point)

Excellent time management and organization skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills
