Rehabilitation Manager/Clinical Associate

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Associate/ Rehab Manager  to fill the position of Clinical Associate/ Rehab Manager for our Yorktown, VA Medicare Certified home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients living in communities that include assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, 55+ communities, and intermediate care facilities for clients with intellectual disabilities throughout Frederick, Montgomery, and Washington counties. As a Clinical Associate/ Rehab Manager you will support your field team from the office, therefore requiring very minimal travel within the community.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care to residents in senior living communities.
• Supervise a team of field nurses and therapists who conduct assessment/treatment visits for our adult and geriatric clients in Yorktown, VA and other surrounding areas.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and training of new nurses and therapists.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse, PT, OT with 2 years experience
• Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience preferred.
• Medicare OASIS knowledge or experience highly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
