Are you ready to step into a pivotal role as a Filling Setup Operator at our thriving Raleigh, NC site? We are on the lookout for a dedicated professional who can bring precision and expertise to our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. Join us in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in an engaging work environment with a third shift schedule. 

• Meticulous: Prepare equipment per SOPs, adjusting for size and product. 

• Diligent: Monitor equipment for quality and safety during each batch operation. 

• Compliant: Document equipment status, ensuring cleaning requirements are met. 

 

YOUR ROLE: 

As a Filling Setup Operator, you'll contribute to seamless pharmaceutical production: 

• Maintain: Assemble, disassemble, sanitize equipment. 

• Process: Wash, extract, rinse, siliconize components. 

• Monitor: Ensure equipment quality and personnel safety. 

• Document: Complete required documentation for regulatory compliance. 

• Sterilize: Operate autoclave before packaging. 

• Operate: Work in an ISO5 or lower classified area. 

• Safety: Follow regulations, standards, and procedures. 

• Collaborate: Assist in maintenance coordination. 

• Optimize: Prevent waste, maintain production schedules. 

• Innovate: Implement Lean and TPM programs. 

 

YOUR BACKGROUND: 

Are you our ideal candidate? 

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent; 2-year technical degree preferred. 

• Experience: 2-5 years as a setup operator or mechanic in a pharmaceutical environment. 

• Skills: Good communication, basic hand tool knowledge, decision-making, math, writing, mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting. 

• Tech Proficiency: Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office. 

• Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, mental and visual acuity.
