Schedule: Per Diem (seasonal position), Days
Job Objective:
Performs a variety of advanced mechanical/electrical and preventative maintenance, as well as, inspections, servicing, repairing and overhauling of equipment and facilities. Works with facility users to maintain the facility. Coordinates and executes snow and ice removal during shift and other duties as required.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid NYS driver's license and is qualified to operate facility vehicles.
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
- College or vocational training in electrical and/or plumbing and associated trades preferred.
- Two years in the electrical, plumbing and/or HVAC field.
- Five years in building maintenance field.
Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00
Staring Pay: Based on experience
