Job Summary: Priority is actively seeking a highly dynamic and strategic Execution Owner to spearhead the successful delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. This pivotal role is housed within the Enterprise PMO office under the CTO's supervision, tasked with orchestrating the seamless execution of complex programs that are critical to our organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will oversee these initiatives with a sharp focus on efficiency, strict adherence to timelines and budgets, and continuous alignment with our broader strategic goals. This role demands a strategic leader who can navigate the complexities of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring they contribute significantly to the company's long-term success.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Stakeholder Engagement: Actively communicate with business owners and sponsors to understand their needs and expectations, contributing insights to ensure that initiatives are in line with the strategic objectives of the organization. 

• Team Engagement: Support ongoing engagement with stakeholders to help keep the initiative on track with organizational goals, assisting in resource coordination and deliverable management. 

• Collaboration Across Teams: Assist in collaborating with various teams, including the Go-to-Market (GTM) team, through various stages of development and implementation to support effective launches and market entry.

• Business Case Development: Support senior colleagues in developing business cases by gathering necessary data and providing analysis, helping to outline benefits, costs, and projected impacts to facilitate stakeholder approval and funding. 

• Goal Setting and Planning: Help in setting realistic, clear goals and planning milestones, under the guidance of senior staff, to align with broader timelines and strategic objectives. 

• Progress Monitoring: Aid in the implementation of monitoring systems to track progress, assisting in regular updates and adjustments as needed. 

• Performance Metrics: Contribute to defining and tracking KPIs and OKRs that help measure the success and drive the outcomes of initiatives. 

• Comprehensive Execution Plans: Assist in the development of execution plans that incorporate business and product needs with organizational objectives, under the supervision of more senior managers.

YOUR IMPACT: 

• Maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress, challenges, and decision points. 

• Organize and lead regular status updates and steering committee meetings to ensure alignment, address issues, and facilitate strategic discussions. 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and concerns related to the initiatives. 

• Strategically manage and allocate resources, coordinating efforts to ensure initiatives are delivered according to specifications. 

• Control timelines and financial aspects rigorously, ensuring execution is timely and cost-efficient. 

• Ensure all activities comply with laws and company policies, maintaining organizational integrity.
