This is a hybrid role based in Lisbon. If you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to build exceptional teams, this role is for you.</p> <p>As a Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to attract and hire top talent across multiple business functions. You'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding candidate experience while helping scale our global organization.</p> <p> </p> <h2><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, interviewing, offer management, and closing candidates, while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and interview teams throughout the hiring process.</li> <li>Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.</li> <li>Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the hiring process.</li> <li>Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and automation to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and overall recruitment processes.</li> <li>Manage recruitment processes across Portugal while collaborating with stakeholders across different regions.</li> &lt
