Security Assistant

The Security Assitant supports the administration of secure facility access for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP) under close supervision. This entry-level position involves assisting with the management and oversight of access protocols to ensure compliance with security policies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and eager to learn about security operations in a government or defense context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the administration of secure facility access for SCI and SAP under close supervision.
• Help maintain and update access control records and security logs.
• Support compliance with security policies and procedures related to facility access.
• Collaborate with security personnel to address access-related issues.

Requirements

Education:

• Required Degree: High School diploma or GED.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of recent and relevant experience in a security or administrative field.

Security Clearance:

• Minimum Requirement: TOP SECRET
• Expected Full Performance Level: TOP SECRET / SCI
