Partner with the best 

As a Field Crew Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Directly managing equipment and a crew of two or more Field Operators and assisting with training of direct reports to provide specific logging and completions services.
• Overseeing and assigning training and competencies, verifying and approving time sheets, expenses, DOT files, and supporting on-boarding, off-boarding, interviewing, promotions, terminations, and performance reviews for direct reports.
• Taking instructions from the Service Delivery Manager/Coordinator.
• Working directly with Customer Representative and drill crew on location to coordinate operations with the rig and or production facility.
• Advising the Customer Representative in logging and completions operations, interpreting logging data, troubleshooting, and other wellsite analysis and decision-making processes.
• Performing all required responsibilities safely and managing Baker Hughes Operating Systems. Communicating and updating records at client sites.
• Maintaining your assigned job equipment and facility.

Fuel your passion 

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• Bachelor’s of Science Degree
• OR High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of Wireline Field Operations.
• Previous experience supervising frontline Wireline Operations teams preferred.
• Prior O&G experience required, preferably in Wireline
• Must be able to relocate or live within the Tallmadge OH area.
